I hope you all had a wonderful holiday break, hopefully surrounded by people or beings that you love with your whole heart.
Big big 2025. She’s finally here. And y’all already know what time it is (or soon will be.) We’re moving from a Saturn year into a Mars year, and not even 72 hours after the ball dropped we’re already seeing that aggressive combustive energy manifest with a cybertruck explosion outside a Las Vegas Trump tower (Elon and Trump unsurprisingly have their natal Mars placements opposing each other.) In addition to attacks across the nation during New Year’s Eve that folks are already speculating seem to be contrived by the state as a means to justify building out cop cities and re-ignite nationwide Islamophobia as predicted in our second pod, we all need to buckle up for the wild ride in store for us as we approach double-air generational transits.
As promised in the last newsletter, we will be releasing a monthly Q&A on all things political astrology related, submitted from our paid subscribers as a thank you for being contributors in helping this content get created (for those who would like to ask your own burning questions and are considering upgrading, here is a handy guide on how to do so :* )
This month’s questions were submitted by our lovely subscriber Ana who has been kicking it with us in this astro villa since early days. I’m deep into research for some exciting podcasts and articles planned for release over the next two months, so CJ will be holding it down by answering this month’s round of questions :))
1) Any parallels between the 2016 election and this one? I'm curious about Saturn, Uranus, and Aquarian influences. Maybe also Sagittarius? Idk why this election has a lot of Sagittarian vibes: so much preaching, and foreign places being such a big influence in decision-making. The protest vote effect too (which to me, points EXACTLY to the RFK effect you guys predicted) were there astro patterns that saw this?
CJ: Definitely! Saturn and Venus were in Sagittarius during the 2016 election. During the 2024 election, Mercury and Venus were both in Sagittarius. Interestingly enough, Jupiter was in another air sign (Libra), whereas Jupiter was in Gemini (Trump’s natal sun). The 2024 election’s Pluto was in Capricorn at 29°, which was the same position as the 2016 election’s Mars. A lot of international patterns (Mars = action) and influence were seen in both elections. In comparison, in the 2020 election, the only tropical placement in Sagittarius was the south node. The protest vote, and constant framing of Ukraine and the Zionist state as necessary conflicts for the stability of the “Western world.”
Even NATO’s anniversary is in DC in July, the international connection cannot be discredited. This also ties into what was happening around the 2016 election on the international stage, Brexit. When we fast-forward to 2024 we ask, what happened during the European Union elections? A shift to the right. In both election years, the U.S. elections were coupled with a larger international pattern of shifting to the right. Europe and U.S. global hegemony cannot be ignored, specifically the U.S. influence.
2) Why do I get the feeling Kamala will still be president, but because Joe Biden is going to croak? I think that’s gonna be her Jupiter return manifesting, and it will explain the upheaval and chaos that is forecasted for around the new year/beginning of 2025?
CJ: Biden’s health is in decline, so anything is possible. I think she is expected to have more attention or pivotal moments next year that people might be feeling. Harris will be having an LB moment during her zodiacal release. Personally, I think the news/attention could come together like Harris + California. Biden and McConnell look like they are on borrowed time.
3) On that note, are there any assassinations in Trump's future? If not Trump, then GOP (emphasis in Grand and Old) deaths, metaphorical or actual?
CJ: I think we’re seeing an ‘end’ to the ‘rational Republican,’ in neoliberal speak. As a result, a component of the Republican Party is dying. The neo-conservatives’ endorsement of Harris signaled a departure. RHINOs (Republican In Name Only), are the Bushes, Cheney, and Lincoln Project types departure and support of Harris marked an end. Trump and what he represents is being amplified because the U.S. has never faced a reckoning for how it was conceived: colonialism and slavery. We are watching the emergence of a Neo-fascist party.
4) What do you guys see his presidency looking like? I'm curious about capitulations to the Pro-Palestinian movement and the United States FINALLY detaching from Israel and its lobbies.
CJ: I see Trump’s term being a continuation of how he left. However, more practiced. Republicans at the state level are using the Mann Act to label driving someone to get an abortion as “abortion trafficking,” which will be used to set up checkpoints and monitor who leaves the state, where they’re going, etc. Now, this revival of the Mann Act started after Roe was overturned, under Biden. However, with the new addition of the Republican trifecta, they can expand with federal support.
5) SUPER curious about changes in media too! Is it finally the end of the mainstream cable news era of political commentators and a small elite dictating where policy goes in America? Will Pluto in Aquarius usher in the era of news by the people? (VERY curious about astrological influences on which aspect of populism we'll see)
CJ: I believe we are going to see a massive shift in media. We are in a decentralized news economy where people who longer have to rely on media from a top-down structure where conglomerates and the government decide what they want us to know or think about. That’s what is important to TikTok and podcasting, is that people can learn from someone adjacent or next to them.
I think Pluto in Aquarius will bring more ways people will communicate and share information. I think we’ll see a resurgence in walkie-talkies, ham-radio, print magazines & newspapers, catalogs, and newsletters. Snail mail? The technology and how we use them will be taking some major changes, Uranus the planet of rebellion will be in Gemini starting in 2025, retrograding back into Taurus, then will officially move into Gemini 2026 where it will stay for 7 years. Communication cannot be detached from travel since communication is the travel of ideas and thoughts. How we move and travel is beginning to change, more train technology, planes will change, cars and buses.
I think we’ll see flying cars by the end of the decade if not the early 2030s. On top of people finding alternative ways to travel, this will have a major impact on how people gather information and share it. Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius will trine one another for the next 7 years starting in 2026, so these air energies of communication, relationships, ideas, collective, innovation, technology, future, rebellious, short-distance, will be working together harmoniously.

In the meantime, what do y’all have planned for the day of the inauguration? Very sick and twisted that it’s the same day as MLK Jr. Day. Even sicker how I’ll be seeing Sunset Boulevard on Broadway staring (allegedly) Trump supporting Nicole Scherzinger while #ThatMan moves back into the White House. This country is a running joke…. but we move!
